Theo Watkins is a writer-director and editor from England whose work spans film, music video and documentary. His films often explore unexpected elements underlying seemingly mundane settings, with a pitch black comedic sensibility. His last short, Service, won funding through winning the IMDb Script to Screen award, and his new film, Blighty, is currently playing at Encounters Festival.
