Olivia Sudjic is a writer living in London. In 2023 she was named one of Granta’s Best of Young British Novelists. Her debut novel Sympathy (2017) was a finalist for the Salerno European Book Award and Collyer Bristow Prize. Exposure (2018) is an extended essay on anxiety and making art in the digital age. Asylum Road (2021) was shortlisted for the Encore Award and the Gordon Bowker Volcano Prize. Her next novel, The Termite Queen, will be published by Bloomsbury next year.
