Johanna Sieben is the director of the Creative Bureaucracy Festival, having joined the team in 2021. As the festival director, she is responsible for working on the audience experience of all guests and partners, identifying the best projects within the world of Creative Bureaucracy, and bringing these to a wider audience.
Johanna is passionate about generating large impact via small-scale projects and about the question of how (creative) change can be implemented to create better lives for many. Changing the ways we work together is one of the fields she has dedicated a lot of her time in the past: from agile project management to scrum and organizational transformation – creating opportunities and spaces for lasting change and community growth will always be at the centre of Johanna’s work.
