Jack Parlett

Jack Parlett is a writer, poet and scholar. He is the author of three books: Fire Island: A Queer History (2022), which was named a New York Times ‘Editor’s Pick’ and a Best Book of 2022 by the New Yorker; The Poetics of Cruising: Queer Visual Culture from Whitman to Grindr (2022), an academic monograph; and Same Blue, Different You (2020), a poetry pamphlet.
